To make this investment accessible to families of all financial backgrounds, we offer structured payment plans, custom grants, and customized Variable Tuition.
2026–27 Preschool – 8th Grade Tuition Rates
- Standard Annual Tuition: $7,380 per year
- Flexible Payment Options:
- Annual: $7,380
- Monthly: $820
- Weekly: $205
Note: Every St. John student already receives a substantial tuition subsidy provided directly by our congregation.
What Is Variable Tuition?
Variable Tuition is a confidential, need-based program that adjusts tuition rates according to each family’s specific financial resources.
- Individualized & Need-Based: There is no single qualifying income cutoff. Each determination is calculated through an independent assessment.
- No Impact on Admissions: Applying for Variable Tuition is completely separate from and has no bearing on a student’s admission status.
- Strictly Confidential: Financial details are evaluated securely and kept private throughout the process.
How to Apply for Variable Tuition
- Explore & Apply for Admission: Complete the school’s regular admissions and enrollment process.
- Submit Financial Assessment: Complete the separate tuition assistance application online.
- Confidential Review: An independent assessment service evaluates your information to determine demonstrated need.
- Receive Your Determination: Review your customized rate to make an informed enrollment decision.
Additional Grants & Discounts – In addition to Variable Tuition, families may qualify for:
- Member Grant: Available for members of St. John Lutheran Church.
- Multi-Child Assistance: Discounted tuition for families enrolling more than one student.
- Military, First Responder & Healthcare Professional Grant: Special consideration for active/retired military, police officers, firefighters, EMS professionals, and nurses.
